Summary of Services: As a non-profit organization with 120 years of service, Palolo Chinese Home continues to provide and accommodate the best of quality to kupuna and their families. They offer a full spectrum of services to meet the needs of seniors by providing senior day care, residential care, skilled nursing and rehab services on their 15-acre campus. The areas they believe have the greatest potential for growth are senior day care and their Palolo Wellness Program, especially with the increase of Hawaii's senior population.

Their senior day care program is ideal for working family members who cannot safely leave their parents or a loved one at home alone wile they are at work. Their senior day care program is availalbe seven days a week to . accomodate different work schedules and to allow family caregivers to take care of other responsibilities on the weekends.

Their Palolo Wellness Program, provides care to seniors in their homes, offers companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care. Their Meals-to-Go program brings hot, fresh meals and frozen meals to seniors in their homes. This helps senior to get healthy and strong, and to age in place through their golden years.

Last year, Palolo Chinese Home started to host educational sessions for seniors and caregivers on various topics. It was a very positive response and they will be continuing to have those educational sessions this year.
