She is currently the President and Owner of Wee Pediatrics, Inc., located at Wee Wellness Center. She is now remarried to her wonderful husband, Martin Arinaga and has four grandchildren whom they love babysitting on the weekends. Her passion, as a Pediatrician, has always been helping families in times of great need and being a “voice for the voiceless.” She has been active in educating Kupuna and families about our current Pediatric obesity crisis through various venues. For the past eight years, she continues to host Family Obesity Workshops in her office equip families with tools and encouragement to assist them. Her many achievements continues, as she helped to create parent handouts called “Keiki Tips” and became the co-author of “The Hawaii Pediatric Management Toolkit.” Dr. Wee was a member of the Hawaii Pediatric Obesity Task Force as well as a Board member of the “Hawaii 5210” Pediatric Obesity Project. She is currently a recipient of the WaiWai Ola Community Intervention Grant and conducts ongong Healthy Family Sessions, free of charge to patients and their families. Dr. Wee’s vision for “Walk With A Doc” in our state is to continue to develop more walking groups across Oahu and throughout the Neighbor Islands.
